Our Space
The James Grain Warehouse was built in 1921 and has been home to Asiel Design since 2003. This 10,000 sq. ft. architectural gem is located in the heart of the Silicon Valley and has been transformed into a one of a kind event space.
Asiel has now turned their attention to curating BESPOKE events in their iconic location. Whether you are looking to host a unique event in an industrial space or if you would like to have a transformed environment connect with us.
For a whole event experience, look no further. We will curate the event furnishings, entertainment, bites and libations, and decorations as well as coordinate the day’s logistics for a balanced flow.
Factors to consider for pricing include: Event Date, Guest Count, Type of Event, Food and Beverage Options, Stylizing, and Decoration. We will work with you to create a custom proposal.

01 Complimentary Walk Through & Consultation
Meet with a designer to discuss your event details & view the Warehouse.
02 Custom Proposal
Asiel Design will create a proposal based on your event needs, guest count, logistics, food, and beverage requests. It will be a rough draft of your event pricing, layouts, and design concept.
03 Personalized Presentation
Asiel will present the proposal to the client. We will include the costs of the venue rental, decorations, food, beverage, music, entertainment, furniture, and ambient lighting. A minimum order will be created.
04 Booking
Retainer & Contract
Based on the complimentary proposal, a contract will be created for those clients who choose to book the space. The 50% retainer will be placed based on an agreed upon minimum order.
